The Prophet said that you should try and suppress whenever you're going to yawn because when your mouth is open that's when shaytan enters through. The hadith collected by Abu Dawud. In another narration of Sahih Bukhari the Prophet said that if you're going to yawn you should use your left hand and cover your mouth. So cover your mouth with your left hand if you are going to yawn.
