What should I do when my husband doesn't try to please me after intercourse because he says he is in pain?

Husband doesn't try to please me after he's done. He says he is in pain. I mean, I think there's a technical issue going on there if he's in pain. So the first thing he needs to do is he needs to seek medical help. Why is he in pain in that particular situation? And the second thing is to explore other avenues in which he's able to please you. But definitely if he's in pain, sounds like a technical issue.
