What is the overall Islamic opinion on wearing jewelry with ayat and should it be tucked inside before using the washroom?

Anything that has Allah's name on it, anything that's Qur'an related, do not take into the bathroom. Even if you were to put it, for example, let's say in your pocket, it's the same as let's say you have a Qur'an, you take the Qur'an, put it into your pocket and go to the bathroom. It's still disrespectful to the Qur'an, disrespectful to Allah. So anything of that nature, take off before you go into the bathroom.
