There's no issue with you cutting your hair in Islam. The only thing you need to bear in mind as a female is that the haircut that you have should not be a haircut which is specific only for men. So if it's specific only for men, then that's something that should be avoided because you know the Prophet said in a hadith in Bukhari that you shouldn't imitate those of the opposite gender. But other than that, no issue with it.
