Can I cut contact with my siblings who hate me and cause me problems because I give them dawah?

No, do not cut ties; focus on using good character and indirect da'wah to attract them. dawah, family, character, siblings, patience, akhlaq https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ofDhBl0BEkE
One of the most underrated aspects of our da'wah is our character and this was how the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was. He was known before as Al-Ameen, the trustworthy and that's something we really need to focus on. So no, don't cut your ties with them, but focus rather on being direct in terms of your da'wah. Using your character, your akhlaq, your adab, how you are as a person to attract them to Islam. And then later on down the line, you can have that intention of maybe giving them direct da'wah. But if the direct da'wah form isn't working out, don't give up. But just shift it in terms of being more indirect and focusing on your character and how you are as a person, as a Muslim towards them.
