How do I know Allah has forgiven my sins?
So the honest answer is nobody knows. Nobody can say that Allah has forgiven any of our sins. Nobody can say that Allah has accepted any of our Salah, any of our fasting in Ramadan, any of our Sadaqah. Why? Allah has hidden this from us. Allah has specifically hidden this from us because He wants to see which one of us is going to continue to do good deeds. Imagine we were told that, you know, we have X amount of Salah accepted or that, you know, we had X amount of Ramadan or Sadaqah on our good deeds. We'd be lax. It's human nature. But Allah has hidden certain things. So Allah, for example, has hidden when we will each die. Because imagine you knew you're going to die, let's say next week, for example, or in five years time. Human nature, we would increase to do more good deeds towards the end. But Allah wants to see which of us will continue to do good deeds despite not knowing when we will die. Despite not knowing if any of our deeds are accepted. That is the test. Believing in the unseen, believing in Allah's promise that Jannah is there, Jannah is prepared and Jannah is waiting. Thank you for listening.
