Is Nando's chicken halal with pre-stunning at a low voltage then slaughter?

So the concern with stunning is if the animal is stunned and it dies during the stunning before it is then slaughtered Islamically. So if this is the case then you can't eat the meat nowadays. However, the voltage used is very low and a number of halal monitoring authorities and councils and so on have looked into the specific ones. So as long as it is verified by a reputable committee or halal council and so on then inshallah it's fine because the voltage would be low enough meaning that it would not kill the animal so therefore then be slaughtered afterwards in an Islamic way. Yes, it's closer to the sunnah to avoid stunning but does it mean if the animal is stunned that the meat is haram? No, as long as it's based on the condition as I mentioned before.
