Halal polish is fake right?

So I always say you have to be very careful with nail polish, fake nails because if they act as a barrier for water touching your nail underneath the polish, underneath the fake nail, then that would prevent your wudu being accepted and your prayer would not be accepted. With regards to the halal nail polish, you need to verify from the company number one: is it one hundred percent water permeable, does it touch all of the lead? And number two: does it permeate straight away? Because when you do wudu there has to be an element of continuity. You can't, for example, wash your hands and your arms and then leave it and three hours later come and then wash your feet, for example. And so the nail, if it does permit, needs to be permeating straight away. It can't be permeating three, four hours later.
