What is the Awrah?

The awrah is what must be covered: for men, between navel and knee; for women in front of men, everything except hands, face, and feet; for women in front of other Muslim women, between navel and knee. awrah, modesty, covering, hanafi, fiqh, gender https://www.youtube.com/shorts/4_ISPrx8K-s
The awrah is what needs to be covered in front of others. So for males, it is what is between the navel and the knee is a minimum that needs to be covered. For females, in front of others, in front of other males, then it is everything apart from the hands, the face and the feet in the Hanefi madhab. In front of other females, the awrah is the same as what it is for between males and males. So female to female, it is what is between the navel and the knee as well. That's according to the majority of scholars in the Hanefi madhab. They make a slight differentiation where they said that if it is in front of a non-Muslim female, then you would still need to cover apart from your hands, your face and your feet.
