Are you allowed food with white/red wine vinegar?

So a number of fatwa councils have looked into vinegar. Vinegar is fine. The initial constituents may have some alcoholic properties, but it undergoes a number of chemical changes, meaning the end product, the actual vinegar in and of itself, is not intoxicating. So yes, no issue with vinegar.
