Can we travel as a group of 3/4 ladies abroad without mahram?

So two views on this. The first view is that you would need a mahram. The second view is that the prohibition refers to being secure on the path, so as long as you're traveling and the route is secure, nowadays most routes are secure, for example like airplanes and so on, then inshallah it will be permissible, and that's the view that I also lean towards.
