In Islam, do boys need to sit down to urinate?

So the sunnah is to sit when using the toilet, and this was the general practice of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, as we know, mentioned in various hadiths, such as in Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. There was an occasion whereby the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam was noted to have stood and urinated, and that's also in Sahih Bukhari, and this shows that it is permissible to do if there's a specific need, but the general sunnah is that one would sit when one urinates.
