Yes you can still do your wudu. In fact the Prophet said in a beautiful hadith that whoever does wudu before they go to sleep then an angel is sent by Allah to ask for your forgiveness every time that you turn over or you move when you sleep. So throughout the night there will be an angel there making dua for you whenever you move. Why? Because the hadith says that you spent that night in a state of wudu, in a state of purity.
