So this depends on the calendar you are using. Once Fajr has started, this means that you are no longer able to eat or drink as soon as Fajr has started. Some calendars will have an end time for Suhoor and then we will have a start time for Fajr. In that case, you can eat or drink up to the start of Fajr. Other calendars will just have a start time of Fajr. The key point being whenever Fajr starts, as soon as that time comes in, you are not allowed to eat or drink anything else.
