How many days before Eid can fitrah be given?

Zakatul Fitr needs to be paid before the Eid Salah. So before you go for the Eid Salah, because the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam mentioned in the hadith of Abu Dawood that it takes the place of any mistakes. It purifies ourselves from any mistakes we have made in the month of Ramadan, anything we have said, anything we have done. So we have to give that before the Eid Salah starts. If you have children, then you need to pay it for your children. Any essential member of your household, child or adult, needs to have paid the zakat to fitr or you paid on their behalf.
