So if it is the first talaq and it is within the Eid period, so the Eid period will be three complete menstrual cycles. So anytime before the end of three completed menstrual cycles, you could get back together. The husband could take his wife back and so on. And you would have no need for a new Nika contract or no need for anything else as such. As long as it is within the Eid period, it should be three completed menstrual cycles.
