Can women recite Quran from memory during periods?

menstruationquran recitationfiqh rulingsscholarly viewspurity
The sheikh explained two valid views: the majority view says it is not permissible, while the second view permits reciting from memory if not physically touching the Quran. menstruation, quran recitation, fiqh rulings, scholarly views, purity https://www.youtube.com/shorts/xETCAL0XMEk
So two views on this and this is why if you go online you will find both views and it can be conflicting both are valid. The first view is the view of the majority of scholars which is that it is not permissible. The second view is that the prohibition refers to physically touching the mushaf so physically touching the Quran. So as long as you are not physically touching it or if you touch it for example using a barrier such as gloves then that's fine and reciting would be fine particularly if you are let's say a teacher if you are memorizing or if you are revising your Quran then you could take that second view.
