The Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad when sleeping would be to turn to the right side and sleep on your right side. In terms of sleeping on your stomach on your front, this is mentioned in a hadith collected by Imam Abu Dawud where the Prophet Muhammad said that this is a way of sleeping that is disliked to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. So unless there's a specific medical need for you to sleep in that position then try and avoid it and try and sleep facing the right.
