The Prophet said in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, 'La yarrithu al-muslim al-kafir' that the Muslim does not inherit from a non-Muslim and vice versa as well. If let's say you had a non-Muslim relative and they were to gift you something before they pass away then no issue with that, but specifically in terms of their inheritance once they passed away then that's not something which is allowed for a Muslim and also vice versa.
