Can a Muslim marry a pregnant woman if the child is his?

Islamic scholars differ: two schools consider it permissible if the child is definitively his, while the other two prohibit it entirely. marriage, pregnancy, iddah, jurisprudence, madhabs, permissibility https://www.youtube.com/shorts/fJWYJ86ppns
Naturally it goes without saying that this should always be avoided. But if you're in this particular situation, there are two views. In the Hanafi madhab, or two out of the four madhabs, say it's permissible to marry as long as you know definitively that the child is yours and that it is not from another male. If that's the situation the case then it will be permissible. The other two madhabs say no. And the reason for that is they say, well, what if the baby is from somebody else? If it is from somebody else then it would mean that the iddah period, or you wouldn't be able to marry essentially, until after the baby has been delivered. So that's why there are two views on this. May Allah make it easy, may Allah you know protect us and enable us all to stay away from being in this situation. But if you are in this situation, those are the two views.
