What constitutes beneficial knowledge as Sadaqa Jahriya, like cooking videos?

So sadaqah means charity but charity can be many different forms. It can be in a form of giving up your time. But also let's say cooking, let's take this example. You have a recipe, you pass it over to a friend. That friend then uses that recipe, that food they eat, then enables them to pray their salah, enables them to go to work, it enables them to provide for their family, look after their family. All of those good deeds come back to you because you're the one that facilitated it for them. So as long as your intention is good and have the, you know, try and have an intention such as that then inshallah it will be a good deed for you.
