I mean this is completely unacceptable. So if this is the situation then definitely you need to take it to Sharia Council. The reason I say Sharia Council, the Sharia Council has the ability and the authority to do many things. Number one, if it's a Khula for example, they can go through a Khula. If it's for example a Faskh, which is invalidating the marriage, ending the marriage, they have the authority and the ability to do that as well. So that's the first thing I would do. Second thing health-wise, make sure if there's any health checks that you need to get done then please do get those health checks as well. And that's what I would suggest.
