Is it true that a husband's paradise lies under his mother's feet and a wife's paradise lies under her husband's feet?

No, the hadith about paradise is specifically for the mother, while the virtue for a wife is described through fulfilling specific religious duties and obeying her husband in halal matters. hadith, paradise, mother, wife, obedience, virtue https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3KKoNtdp_1w
So the hadith collected by An-Nasa'i says the Prophet ﷺ said that Jannah is at the feet of your mother, meaning it shows the level of importance of one's mother in Islam. With regards to one's wife, the Prophet ﷺ said in the hadith collected by Ibn Hibban, he didn't mention about it being at the feet of your husband, but what he did say ﷺ was that if a wife prays her five daily prayers, fasts a month of Ramadan, guards her chastity and follows what her husband wants, in terms of naturally anything that's halal, not anything that's haram, then you will have any of the eight gates of Jannah you want to choose to enter from. That's what the hadith mentions. It doesn't mention about it being at the feet of your husband.
