Around Maghrib time is when the jinn come out. So the Prophet said in a hadith in Sahih Bukhari that around Maghrib time you should close your windows, close your doors and bring your children inside. This particular hadith refers to just a few minutes around Maghrib time, a few minutes before Maghrib and a few minutes afterwards. So literally just for a handful of minutes and it's not something which is obligatory. It's something which is recommended but it's not obligatory particularly in the summer if you wanted to have your windows open then no issue with it.
